We will work within any budget and creatively construct a menu that works for you and your event. Rather than give the customer a list of menu items that we can make we would rather make suggestions based on what is in season, what your budget is, and what kind of event your are planning. We are confident that we are able to produce any kind of menu item and even offer to create family recipes if requested. We believe that each event is special and because of that we prefer to plan them along with the customer. However here are some basic suggestions to give you a few ideas to help with your planning.
If you are considering a Cocktail Party we suggest:
A Selection of 10 -12 Hors d 'oeuvres.
If you would like something more substantial for a Cocktail Reception we suggest:
A Selection of 8 - 10 Hors d 'oeuvres with 3 or more Food Stations such as: Salad, Pasta, or Grill Stations
If you are planning a Sit Down-Dinner we suggest:
